MegaRail Transportation Systems, Inc. is a Fort Worth, Texas corporation founded by Kirston Henderson in 1997. Their corporate mission is to build, maintain, and operate continent-wide MegaRail® systems as public utilities to provide safe, high-speed, all weather and reliable automated ground transportation for people, personal automobiles, and cargo.

Mr. Henderson currently holds four U.S. Patents with over 60 claims related to transportation systems for passengers and cargo and the enclosed rail system. A recent patent award covers a magnetic levitation transport version of the system. Globally, Patents have also been awarded or are pending in major countries having patent systems.

Although the MegaRail® system are unique in concept and patented, the systems are implemented using only existent, off-the-shelf technology applied in a unique new combination to achieve the advanced urban and inter-city transportation systems.
